I use a lot of Legends in my working drawings - number references back to drawings/details. I've been trying to use rich text boxes, but is there any way I can use a spreadsheet grid in CA like the schedules? That method is much preferred and what I am used to. To me it seems like CA has the ability...

You'll need to use regular text with the Box/Grid checked. (See attributes tab.) You can copy & paste from an Excel spreadsheet. Or use EMF/WMF or PDF. (I suggest on layout so it doesn't bog your plan down.)

That is exactly what I was looking for - thank you. I was so worried there wasn't a way to do that - I seriously use that a lot in my plans to keep them clean.
