Stupid Browser Issue

Hello,
This is going to sound like a stupid question but I was doing some work when my default view disappeared. The top bar that allowed you to build walls and windows, etc. disappeared. I am now left with the limited tool bar that only allows you to print and save. How do you get that default tool bar back?

Thanks! I fixed that but now all my mouse controls are off. When I try to go and build a wall It just highlights the area I am trying to drag the wall to. Is there any way to reset the mouse/click settings. This happens whenever I try to drag anything.

I can't even build walls now. It is only highlighting the section where I am trying to build the wall.

Reboot your computer. Just an idea to start.
