Floor Height Issue

Scenario:
Main Floor Ceiling Height: 100"
Second Floor: 96"

I generate my main floor, set my ceiling heigh to 100" etc... but whenever I generate my 2nd floor it drops the main floor back to 96" i've checked my "floor above" on the main floor and it all works, and when i generate my second floor i ensure the floor level is my 100" plus my approx 8" of floor structure.

Please help, this is one of these things where chief is "too smart for its own good" things that i hate so much

Just go up to second floor and raise it 4"
