    If you manually set your baseline on the 2:12 pitch roof to the same as the other rooflines, lock that, and then let the roof intersect where it may. You'll have a "bastard valley" (if you don't know that is a term) condition along the edges, but I think CA should be able to do that just fine. This is probably a retrofit so you want to over-frame that section anyways. Id use the intersect guide CA has - I love those indicators.

    Its up to you, but if this is a retrofit, matching in those eaves/gutters will not be fun - especially if this is an old house.
