Roofs covering stone/brick walls

I keep having this issue and I can not figure this one out. I have a two story part of the house, the bottom is stone/brick and above is siding. The roof is around this two story section and will not click to the siding, it clicks to the stone so my elevation shows a gap because it will not cover the stone/brick wall.
Any insight would be appreciated!

I have had this problem, try manually pulling the roof plane up against the top wall in plan view. Sometimes it works for me, other times it doesn't.

I'm not sure if there's a technical reason, perhaps to do with the actual roof framing underneath. Hopefully someone better versed in Chief logic than myself can provide an answer.
