Thank you both for the replies. I did check "patterns, 3D views" and it worked! But, I think I have a bigger problem now. (please forgive the old autocad reference here), but in my past life, I could fill areas with a pattern and it showed up. I presumed that once I placed my materials via the model, stucco and stone exterior and asphalt shingle roof, that I would get stipple dots for stucco and some sort of stone pattern that I could edit a bit if it didn't quite look right. I did a bit of a search and found that not all materials have associated 2D patterns...is this correct? How to get stone and stucco to show?

For stucco go to define material and under patterns tab choose "textured". Or, use custom pattern file and load your favorite .pat from AC.
