    Selecting multiple p-solids at once

I made a lattice panel 4'x8' out of p-solids. Now I want to select them all at the same time, block them and move them as a unit. The problem is that I can't seem to be able to select them as a unit. I've tried the "shift select" method to no avail. The last thing I want to do is select each one individually. Please tell me I'm missing a very basic step.

Try selecting them in plan view.

Bill.........Yes, that worked. What's strange about the whole thing is that I built the lattice panel in an elevation view and it didn't show in plan view. I had gone ahead and selected all the p-solids making up the lattice panel, turned it into a block and then it showed up in plan view. I then unblocked it and then it showed up in plan view. (?) I figured because I made it in elevation I should be able to select all the p-solids in the elevation view. So what you are emplying is that they can only be group selected in plan view----correct? Thanks for you advice. Have a great day.

Everything should be selectable and editable in all views but they are not.
