Import .xml file

I had a surveyor send me some topo information as a.xml file.
I have imported dwg files many times and no worries but this seems a little off the chart.

Is there a smooth way to import of convert this type of file and get it into CA?
I can get him to send it over in a dwg if needed but thought I might try here and learn something.

I don't think Chief can import .XML files

check MENU - FILE - IMPORT to see which formats Chief can import
