Prior to starting with Chief V4, I used Generic Cadd. Since starting with Chief, I've never had a need to swap to anything else. I have tried the trial versions of Archicad, Envisioneer & Softplan some time back. After playing around with them for a while, I uninstalled them.
I have never had a problem with support. It's right here on this forum.Len Martin BDAV
