I was pretty sure it was Internet Explorer, but I checked the Task Manager when clicking on the ? or Help> Contents & Index, and it looks like the application it launches is called "Microsoft® HTML Help Executable" so my money is still on a pop-up blocker.
What did the company's Support folks have to say?Chief Architect Premier X5
