3d perspective floor view help

Hello,

I am new to chief architect. Just started my first house and everything was working well, including perspective floor view. but after some time when i opened it, the 3d window was blank. I was confused because it was working well just a minute ago. I tried everything. Changed render options and updated video card as mentioned on their website, but its still white blank and doesnt show 3d view at all. and the curious thing is, the full camera is still working. Can someone please help me out ??????

Just guessing but in the camera showing white have you got any layers turned on??
are you on the correct floor??
