How to create roof/ceiling line

Any suggestions for the best way to create this roof line?
I have no experience with trusses. Will post plan if needed.

That looks like just a dropped ceiling. Make it out of a ceiling plane or polyline solid.

Will skylight shafts show through? I guess I should try and see what happens....

Hi Dennis,

I did it with a combination of polyline solids. First, raise the ceiling to the correct height. Then, in section view, build a poly solid the shape of the crazy ceiling. In plan, Copy it to form the three solid sections. Then copy it and modify to form bottom of skylight. Repeat for top of skylight. Move into position and voila.

Forgot to add - add skylights as per normal.

Doug - That's one way. Thanks for the effort. I'm thinking that that is not the BEST way.
I am not having luck with the ceiling plane(s) and having skylight shafts build through. I tried
a PS for the flat part and a ceiling plane for the sloped section but it does not recognize the skylight.
Trusses? Doing mostly kitchens and baths and an addition on occasion I am not well versed
in trusses or customizing them. ;o(
