Point Markers Not Snapping

It may be either End Point or Center snaps that are toggled off - both will snap to the center of a Point Marker.

The shortcut for Endpoint Snap toggle is the 4 key and the shortcut for Center Snap toggle is the 6 key.
Make sure you have Object Snaps toggled on (Shift+F11) first and then try using either of those to toggle them on or off.


Because the shortcuts are only a single number key press they can be easily toggled by mistake.
