I tried some things myself and found that deleting "ceiling finish" and "floor structure" in room dbx gives the result. i.e. making the value "0", I guess it cannot be deleted completely. I used "Ceiling over this room".

Gave the values of 10cm for "Ceiling structure" and "Floor structure" so it might resemble a concrete slab and they seems fine.
But deleting "Floor finish" gives an open space, so I guess it should be kept.

Need more trials on these though.
