    Lew, it would be nice to have it all on 1 plan but I just don't see it happening in my lifetime for this program. You can of course create your own layerset for every different model but that would involve a lot of layers. I'm sure Scott wouldn't mind that, he has thousands of layers anyway, what's a few more.

    yes you can create layersets

    but unfortunately its still not possible to have two walls occupy the same space
    even if the layer for one is off

    it is still not possible to make a room completely invisible
    maybe this changed in X5 but I haven't tried it

    the point being that Softplan has the Building Options feature and chief doesn't
