Jeff:
have you re-booted the PC ???
does it happen for any plan ???
if no joy, then you may need to consider re-installing Chief
if it is just the one plan you may need to revert to a backup of that plan
if no joy, you could try CA's tech support on Monday but there would be a fee
and with such an old version - they may not be able to assist much ???

Jeff:
reboot means to turn off the PC and than after 15 - 30 seconds turn it back on
then start Chief again and maybe the issue will be gone
maybe not ???
try opening chief by using another plan to see if the issue is there
if no joy, then you may need to re-install Chief ???

OK, I removed CA from my computer and reinstalled. I can now open the program and open my saved plans, however, after installing, I am now missing premium content and cannot find the original cds. "Out of the fire and into the frying pan"
