Moving the CL closer to the extension

I love the centerline dimension. In fact, it's a requirement by NKBA when dimensioning fixtures. But Chief's is a pain because the actual CL letters generate so far from the extensions. It makes for a sloppy plan. Does anyone know how to edit the default (dare I say code?) to have fewer pixels between the CL and the extensions?

You can grab the centerline mark and pull it closer.

I apologize in advance if you are not interested in any work-rounds.
Before they added the feature, I made my "CL" blocks and line style and used that so I could finely control the outcome. I, personally have not had any issues with the way it now works and so have not had to figure out, to what degree it can be edited.
I have looked to see if the NKBA defaults can be edited and there is not much there to tweak, in terms of settings.
As always, I would be happy to be wrong, that is how you learn.
What William said is certainly true, being able to adjust the lines and dims.

ID:	57476True, I used to do it that way, with blocks. But now it seems like it should be a matter of just adjusting the CL letters, same as one moves the dimension numerals. It's not true that we can do that now. Yes, we can alter the line length, but not the CL letters.

You can not change the text size or the distance away from the extension line at this time maybe in future versions.
You can only move the CL. by moving the extension line closer to the dimension line, not the best but that's what they give us.
