Need help to generate 18 by 24 plans, and energy calculation

    Hi,

I have prepared a rough plan in Home Designer for an addition of a master bedroom and master bath. I need help in getting to do the following:

    1. Import my plan into your computer and check the plan, and make any suggestions or corrections.
    2. Generate 1/4" scale plot plan, floor plan, roof plan, framing plan, electrical plan, detail plan, and some energy calculation. 18 by 24 paper in PDF file.
    3. I have a requirement sheet from the city and will provide that to you.
    4. May need to be modified based on feedbacks from the city building department.
    5. Need an energy calculation (CA).

Please let me know how long will this take and how much will this roughly cost.

    best,

    David

    David,
I'm based in RWC, and pretty familiar with the building department there. Let me know if you still need help.
