CAD Bearing
Is there a way to change the default for bearings so that 0° is at north as opposed to east?

Matt,
Draw a line.
Open it's dbx.
Down the bottom, click Num Style...
Select Azimuth Bearing.
Without a North Pointer in the plan, zero degrees is straight up.
Once you have a North Pointer in the plan, zero degrees is same a north pointer.
Note that this setting only applies to the values in the dbx, not the actual line information display.
If you want your line to display the same value, go Defaults...CAD...General CAD and change to Azimuth Bearing.Last edited by Glenn Woodward; 01-05-2013 at 05:00 PM.
