Should I reload program?

There is an option in Control Panel for either Uninstall, Change or Repair.
Go to control panel, select Chief.
In the bar accross the top are the above choices.
Probably worth doing a Repair before you go the whole hog with a reinstall.

I am busy notifying the relevant authorities and organisations of your pending arrival, just to ensure you visit is trouble free.
Probably best not to try and imitate the Australian language - you are bound to fail anyway.
That's the easiest way to have loser stamped accross your forehead!
