plan not working in demo version of X5

A client would like to view his plan that I created in X4 in the demo version of X5. There were some glitches in the plan that I cleaned up, and sent him the new plan. But he says that when he opens the revised plan in the demo X5, there is no roof whatsoever, and lots of other things seem messed up. Is it possible to view a current plan in the demo version?

He may need to use the free Client viewer ???

its possible that converting the X4 plan to X5 may have caused an issue ???

Thanks, Lew. It turns out that this was user error (what a surprise). He called back and said it's now working fine....
