    If you want to retain those attic walls, change their material to what you want. If you want them gone, make them invisible (deleting them is a waste of clicks).

    What is causing them to appear is your room dialog box - ceiling setting nearby.

    It is not weird, unusual or mysterious, it is just a mechanical thing, being mechanical.
