attic wall mystery

Hi all,

Attachment 1 shows a plan with roof (5in12) and ceiling (3in12) planes built, framing removed. I'm asking about the area within the circle. I've left out an interior partition there that would be connected to the exterior wall to form the back wall of the closet, and attachment 2 shows the rendered image. Attachment 3 shows the same area after I build that interior wall. For some reason, CA v10 is showng the upper part as an exterior attic wall. Rather annoying. Any help greatly appreciated.

If you want to retain those attic walls, change their material to what you want. If you want them gone, make them invisible (deleting them is a waste of clicks).

What is causing them to appear is your room dialog box - ceiling setting nearby.

It is not weird, unusual or mysterious, it is just a mechanical thing, being mechanical.
