Polyline Solid draws on the wrong floor

I am not sure if there is any other posting on this? Why is it when you draw a cad rectangular polyline on the foundation floor in section view and it end up on the first floor? I know their is a work around using the polyline solid however this should be working correctly and be on the correct floor when using it.
