Tapering wall cabinets

I have a tricky kitchen where I have a 45 angle. The plan calls for the cabinet to taper to the wall but I have not figured out a way to change the cabinet to poly line in order to "cut off a corner" . It is fine in 3D view but in floor plan, it is sticking out of the wall. Any good guidance would be most appreciative.
