wall through roof in X5
I am working on a plan in X5 that a client sent me. it was created in home designer pro.
I have worked through most of the bugs but what is throwing me are the walls that stick up through the auto-built roof planes in 4-5 places.
on the rear gables there are no attic walls shown in plan view, however there is an attic wall there for the small gable I created on the side wall.
The ones coming through the front hip roof also??????
I have all the ceiling heights set at 9-1.
I can manually move them in elevation view but my guess is that there is something checked or unchecked in a dbx that I am missing.RL Inc. -Residential construction and design

Just a guess without the plan file, but are default wall heights checked, also on the gables full gable wall. then hit F12 to rebuild.

Rob:
just curious, which version of HD PRO ???
If it's a much older version then ???
If ver 2012 or 2014 then you may need to contact CA's tech support
if you set the "edit flag..." in plan defaults your client will be able to edit (most) of the plan
if it's HD PRO 2014 - earlier versions won't be able to even open the plan
