Stem Wall and Garage Floor Height

I build a foundation that has the slab at the top of the stem for the living area.
The garage floor should be a few inches as in about 6 inches down from the top of the stem.
I have experimented with the room definition of the garage and tried to tweak the first floor parameters and the foundation but still do not have desired results.
It does lower the garage floor but the stem steps down and in real life the stem is level around the enter perimeter.
Is there a way to have the stem level around the perimeter of the entire structure and have the garage floor only lower?

No, its a bug and I have sent it in. You have to manually raise that stem wall back and put a footing against the stem wall on the slab side. Either way it's not automatic. I hope the fix comes out with the next update, sometimes I don't want a footing there. Scott has videos on this at chieftutor.com.

Some smarter person than yours truly may have a better answer but "Default Settings" are global so if I wanted the results you outline, I would manually adjust the stem walls in elevation cameras to what I wanted.
I would love for someone to come up with a more refined answer.
