    The lines of Hatch/Fill Patterns.

The boundaries will move and consequently clip the Hatch/Fill - but the position of the lines relative to the drawing origin will not change. Essentially, each Hatch/Fill are defined as starting at a specific x/y location (normally 0,0) and all spacing of lines is relative to that point. So if you have a Fill to represent 12" square floor tiles, that will only be spaced at even 12" model coordinate increments regardless of the location of the boundary. Any Room that the Fill Pattern is used in will be exactly aligned with every other Room it's used in - there is no relation between the boundary and the Fill lines other than that the Fill is limited to the boundary edges.

We need to be able to offset a Fill in both x & y directions.
