    Exterior door

I have a mudroom and want and exterior door going to the sun room.
It's showing as interior on the schedule.
Is there a way to change that?
    I know about manual labels..
Think there should be a check box in the door DBX to change that or in the room DBX to have it as an outside room..

Allan not sure if there is a default for that but if yo select the door therr will be a small mark in the center when selected and that will move your label where you want it just a pain if you want to do that to all doors

Sun room as "garage" room? Fixes the door, but you gotta redo the foundation.

I'm not sure, but you might want to try editing the "Components". I think that's what controls the Schedule.

This seems like a common thing to want.
Joe, I looked there but couldn't find it..
    Maybe a macro would work..

I use macro's all the time. You can add regular text with the macro, I add a S.C. and a H.C. to the label's for hollow core and solid core. That also goes right into the schedule's if you set it up correctly. You can do this for 1 door or all the doors depending how you set up the defaults in doors and windows.

Maybe pick a name that won't change the structure like porch or balconey and call it vestibule.

Chief could/should easily give the option to designate any door as an interior or exterior type with or without sill option etc and so on. Any professional design program should be able to handle that.-BB
