No and 3-D Studio did not "do" that either, I'll bet lots of very talented, competent persons who are pros with their applications did that. I mean anything worth more than two-bits comes from hard work, talent and a willingness to excel.

Chief presently doesn't "do" anything, so anything that gets done using it, you did; you get the difference right?

I am sure you meant will Chief Architect ever have within its capabilities, stand alone the ability to do such an animation... perhaps some day but whoever pulls it off will be something on a stick and Chief will cost a lot more than it does now (3-D Studio, right now costs a little bit more than Chief and I have heard from many others that it is a "Bear" to learn).
So my hat is always off to accomplished Artists, whatever they use!
