When i want to create a new layout, X5 creates a new plan instead of a layout. I can only create a new layout by 'open layout' option. Anyone had the same issue? What's wrong?

Um - no! That's really weird. I think that's definitely a call to tech support. If you're having this issue and others are not - might be readily solvable with the right guidance.
