Mouse problem
I have a builder that's using a wireless mouse. When he clicks on a camera view of any kind, it opens the default and won't let him take a camera view. Anyone know what's up? X4

get him to plug in a corded mouse to see what happens if you have not already. I have used a wireless mouse and had no problems.

I told him that and he said the cpu is too far away. He said he will keep trying. I do know the problem is with the mouse and not the program.

Strange. All I use is a wireless mouse and I have yet to have any problems.

I used an HP wireless that came with my PC
I finally abandoned it due to lags etc
however, it wasn't an expensive one either
I haven't bothered trying a "fancier" one - no need at this time

Tommy if you believe the problem is with the mouse, get him to use another mouse corded or wireless.

I'll let yall know what the problem was when I find out. The reason I know it's a mouse problem is because when I did a gotomeeting with him, the program worked just fine when I was controlling his computer. When he tried it with his new mouse, he was having this problem. He'll have to get it fixed using a wireless mouse. I've never seen this problem or heard of it.

Could be the mouse button is 'multiple' clicking on a single press, swap the left/right buttons in the mouse software, if the right button then works, the left is probably defective...
