CA's policy is that they can't replace a lost or stolen key
they can replace a damaged key for a small fee
the key should be treated like cash and it is recommended to contact your insurance agent and register the key on a NAMED policy
named policies are fairly reasonable in cost
at this stage its too late to get insurance so you need to find the key
or buy another copy of ver 9.5 on ebay that can be licensed in your name
or upgrade to X3 and forget about your ver 9.5
you can still upgrade to X3, even having lost the 9.5 key
The X3 upgrade from ver 9.5 is $1295 with SSA
to get the upgrade without SSA you have to contact customer service

I'm only interested in pulling off my drawings since I am not using the program anymore. CA claims they don't have any keys to sell for that version so I am stuck. Just trying to find an owner of that version that no longer needs their key.

What do you want to do with them? Print them?
You can download the client viewer and Open them I believe..
Or try the demo version..........

This would be a violation of their license unless they have never upgraded
The demo version can't do printing
I don't think the client version can either ???

Don't really need to print just save everything as a pdf and dwg. Then I can access if necessary. What a dilemma....

That would be great! I am not very computer literate so I would have to figure out what I need to do... I will get back to you.
Thanks,
