    Electrical fixture unselectable?

Hi all, i imported an electrical track light into a plan and it shows up but i can not select it. It appears to be on the electrical layer and this is not locked.

it does not show up in a 3d view but other items do, any suggestions of what i could do to select it?

Does it have faces when you open it from the library? Also check to see what the height of it is.

it has 103,000 surfaces, when i drop it in again, that instance becomes unselectable as well? could not tell you height as it is unslectable, but i have it set to ceiling mount in the symbol.

Try to click as near center as possible in plan view or draw a box around it to select it. If you get it selected, open it up and try to lower it (it may be in the ceiling).

It also helps in selecting the fixture if to click on the electrical parent tool first. You may have already done that though.
