    Help reading acad drawing

I am having trouble opening and seeing this acad drawing.
I have acad lt, the thumbnail shows all the lines but when i open it i get very little.
If anyone can help tell me what I am doing wrong that would be great.

I get the same thing in an autocad viewer. Not sure what the problem is but I think the x-refs are not opening with the plan.
