Cross Section/Elevation?

My guess is that you drew it in section/elevation view while you were at floor 1 at the view. Open the section/elevation and highlight the molding line, use "CTR+X" to cut it then use the "Floor down arrow" to go to floor 0 while in the same section/elevation view. Use Past-Hold position.

Ash has it right. You drew it when you were on the first floor. Again...Edit menu>cut>Use the down floor button>edit menu>paste-hold position
