    It is because you have your balloon through wall comming up from the lower floor, BUT you also have a wall on level 2 which is designated an attic wall - ie, you have 2 walls occupying the same space.
    Delete your level 2 wall, OR, nominate it as invisible, and your window will display correctly.

    Yep, Glenn is right as usual, I cannot put lights in a "raked" fixed glass window that has been defined as "match roof pitch", or a fixed glass window that has had the shaped altered. I could of sworn I had done this before. I suppose I had defined the window as a "tudor arch".................. thanks G.
