    Multi level house

Hello everyone, I AM VERY NEW TO CHIEF ARCHITECT. I hope you could steer me in the right direction.
In order to get practice and experience with CE, I am trying to create floor plans of my house. But I am having a lot of problems figuring out how to create multi level plans. My house is built on three levels plus a basement. On the main level I have the entrance door a washroon some closets a Family room and the access door to the basement. Going up six steps I get to the Dining room, the Kitchen and the Living room. From this level, going up another flight of stairs I go up to the Bedrooms.

My problem is I can draw the layout of the house with the various rooms, but I cannot figure out how to I could elevate half of the house so that I can show the second half of the house (where the Kitchen, Dining and Living rooms are).
Any suggestions on how I could achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you
