Or it could be a Windows administrative privilege issue. Are you logged into the computer as Rob? Only Rob can access the C/D&S/Rob folder. That might be why it's throwing the access denied message.

Can you access the files through Windows Explorer? If not, try logging in as administrator to see if you can access all required files.

Just a guess.

This is one reason I suggested moving it out of My Documents folder. Logging on as Administrator may help but I have helped people where this didn't help, so the plan had to be moved.
