Can I Hire You to Help Me Transfer a Set of Blueprints to CA Home Designer Pro 2012?

To any CA Home Design Pro 2012 Advanced Users…
I am contacting you to know if you can, for a fee, recreate a set of floor plans from a set of blueprints using Chief Architect, Home designer professional 2012.
If interested please provide quote to include: estimated of number of hours, cost/hour and all other necessary costs to perform this work. If available, also include 2-3 references and examples of similar type and kind of work performed.
Additional background pertains:
Desire a quote to transfer dimensions from a set of blueprints for a 2300 sqft ranch style home in the CA 2012 so that I have these measurements in a format that allows me to make my own design changes.
Specifically, there is a sheet for each of the following:
• Basement/foundation floor plan
o Cut-out of exterior left side elevation (on margin of same sheet)
• First floor plan
o Cut-out of exterior wall section from concrete footers up to roof (on margin of same sheet)
Note that the blueprints are from 1952 (scale: ¼” to 1”), old but still legible. I will provide digitized (.pdf) and/or hardcopy re-prints of each sheet (36” x 24”).

while this is a good place for a "seeking services" query for HD products

most likely any responders will be using Chief Premier

while they can set the edit flag so that PRO (and other HD products)
can make edits - they can be objects that would be un-editable

you may also want to post your services query on the Hometalk forum
there may be some who use PRO and create blueprints

NOTE: PRO can only do a layout one page at a time

A chief layout can have unlimited pages but PRO wouldn't be able to open the layout
