foundation vent bug?

Hi all
I think this might be a bug...
Try to copy the foundation vent (floor 0) to another location in the new crawl space. It jumps to the existing foundation wall (14 ft. away).
The foundation vent will place correctly directly from the library, but not copy/paste.
Will someone take a look and see if it's happening for you?
I had to delete the entire second floor so the zip file would upload. (I wish they'd change that!)
