    Vrml

    Is anyone using vrml in the new Chief 4 and is it working? Or is the Chief Recording walk thru the only way for a visual walk thru. I used to use vrml a lot and need to use it again. any hedlp on getting started!

    It's worth looking at VRML a little more closely. It appears that there may be some Mac OSX viewers, making this a little more cross-platform. While I haven't tested this much, it may be feasible to export the model in 3DS to Sketchup and use the Sketchup Viewer, too.

    FOLLOWUP: I tried VRML using the Cortona 3D viewer on a reasonably small one-story house. The performance is not good. I think the SketchUp route is better. I tested this on the same model, and huge improvement in performance.
