    How to change the scale

    I am drawing a subdivision, how do you change the scale form 1:1 to 1:??
    also what ratio do you recommend? Thx

    the drawing scale will always be 1:1

    when you send to layout you can change it as needed
    to 1:20 or 1:50 etc

    most jurisdictions require min of 1:200 (if I remember correctly)

    Thx, how do you create parcels/lots around the roads ( I have 80 lots to show)?

    I do site plans in a layerset (with annoset for defaults). Then you can sent it to the layout at whatever scale you need. In the layerset, you can turn on "roads" if you need to show them.

    use cad lines to create the various parcels

    make the terrain perimeter large enough to hold all the parcels plus roads and other features such as rivers, lakes, etc
