Unfortunately all I have is a pdf with the dimensions, nothing in CAD at all, not for want of asking. I'm finding that many furniture designers don't release their CAD drawings as they're a bit worried about copyright issues, hence having to do it myself. I can post the pdf if that helps...

A PDF would be fine. I just need to see if the Truncated Cylinders are vertical or angled back and what the height and diameters are.

Thank you for offering to help - Chiefer has managed to create it in the meantime, but I can still send over the pdf if you wanted to have a go - I only wish I was advanced enough to do it myself! :-D
