this is an indication that the walls are not aligned
or "something" is interferring with room definition
I ran into this when a floor2 invisible wall was not aligned with a floor1 wall
I wasn't able to find the issue and after I posted the plan someone else found the issue
try glass house views and cross-sections etc to try and find the issue
if no joy, then post the plan or maybe sent it to tech support
