drafting help needed

Looking for motivated drafting person with x2,x3,or x4 to do drawings and material takeoffs for smaller lumberyard in NE North Dakota. I mean just per house or per building. I think it could be done from most anywhere in the country, as long as we have the same systems.
Is there anyone out there who has done this sort of thing?

I have been using C/A from v-5 to X4. I have did hundreds of take offs for builders and currently work for one now and have time in the evenings to do some for you.
