I could probably help you with that. I often do materials take-off and quantity quotes from Chief models.

I currently am running X4. Still have X2 & X3 installed.

As long as the model is built correctly, I can generate a materials list. Are you looking for someone to create the models in Chief as well as the materials take-off?

I am also able to do a framing take-off from a plan "long-hand" if needed.
