window seperation

I'm trying to get two windows to bump up against one another but the program won't allow me to get closer than two inches. I'm sure there's a way to specify no distance between those objects but I can't remember where the command is and can't seem to find it in the help. Anyone know where it is offhand? Thanks for your help.
