    Partial roof over deck

Hi, I want to draw a deck were parts of the deck is covered by a roof with ceiling like this picture shows:

I have just started using CA, and I have been able to create the partial roof, but so far I have not been able to figure out how to put a ceiling on it. Can anyone give me a hint on how to achieve this?

You can try drawing an invisible wall under that gable end. Or, just draw a manual ceiling plane and give it a zero pitch.

Thank you for your quick answer. It looks like the ceiling plane with zero pitch will solve my problem. The invisible wall trick would have been faster to use, but I could not figure out how to do it or if its possible to do it.

I think it is possible, but perhaps not ideal. You would have two separate deck "rooms", one under cover, one not which can provide its own issues.
