For us "non" AC users, you need to explain a bit more what you're after. I don't have a clue "yet"!Curt Johnson

Thanks Curtis,
When I make finish schedule, for example, I may have 8 items to fill in. In Autocad I can group them together and when I click on the first one, a box comes up and I can fill in all items at once rather then click on 8 different items and fill them in one at a time.Thanks.

I "don't think" that is possible with Chief but then I haven't done many finish schedules on my plans. Can you post an image of what you are describing? Maybe there is a way - some of our users come up with some pretty neat solutions to all sorts of challenges.

It would be nice, but I don't see how.

My blurry eyes can't read what's on your image. My computer screen runs a little darker than it used to ... it will get replaced some day.
